Testing standards
Testing is carried out through NABL-accredited labs. Results are interpreted by a clinician in the context of your symptoms and history, not reduced to a score.
Privacy and access
Your results and records stay accessible to you in My Opwel. We don’t send sensitive health information or lead data to analytics.
Support boundaries
Your Care Team supports you between consultations. For anything that needs urgent or in-person medical attention, we’ll direct you to the right kind of care.
When another kind of care is needed
Opwel is designed for adults who are functioning but want to feel better. It is not emergency, acute or a replacement for care you may need elsewhere.
If it’s an emergency
Opwel supports your health decisions. It is not a substitute for emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
