Strictly necessary
These make the website work: keeping your session, remembering your cookie choices and protecting forms from abuse. They cannot be switched off.
Analytics
These help us understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. They are off until you allow them.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this. Neither is loaded until you allow the analytics category.
We never send health information, form values or Health Assessment answers to analytics.
Marketing
These measure whether our campaigns reach the right people. They are off until you allow them, and we do not use health information for advertising.
We use the Meta pixel for this. It is not loaded until you allow the marketing category, and it records only that a page was viewed, that an enquiry form was submitted, or that a WhatsApp button was pressed. It never receives what you typed into a form or answered in the Health Assessment.

You can change your preferences at any time on the Cookie Preferences page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
The technologies behind these categories
Cookie is a convenient shorthand. The categories above are delivered by a few related technologies.
- Cookies, small text files a website stores on your device
- Local storage such as HTML5, which holds data in the browser rather than in a cookie
- Web beacons, also called pixel tags or clear GIFs, used mainly to tell whether an email was opened
- Chat technologies, the code that runs any chat feature you use to contact us
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for how a service should respond to it, and we do not currently respond to it. The categories on this page are the direct control, and they are off by default.
