Questions, answered plainly
A few things you may want to know.
Opwel is designed for adults who are functioning but have noticed a persistent change in energy, focus, sleep, stamina, recovery, weight or metabolic health.
A first conversation helps establish whether the service is a sensible next step.
A standard health check hands you a set of numbers and leaves you to interpret them.
Opwel brings your symptoms, history, testing and daily patterns together, adds medical judgement, and turns them into a clear plan with ongoing support, so you know what to actually do.
We start with a first conversation to understand what has been going on.
If Opwel is a sensible next step, we arrange relevant baseline testing and a doctor consultation, then build a plan tailored to you and support you as you act on it.
A clinically reviewed understanding of your health, relevant testing, a personalised plan across lifestyle and nutrition, treatment where it is clinically necessary, and a Care Team that supports you and reviews your progress over time.
Medicines, supplements, specialist consultations and any additional investigations are billed separately where applicable, and are always discussed with you first.
Your information is used to deliver your care. Your clinician and the Care Team members supporting you have access to what they need to do that.
We do not send sensitive health information into analytics or advertising tools. You can read the detail in our Privacy Notice.
No. A result outside a reference range is a signal to look more closely, not a diagnosis and not automatically something to treat.
Your doctor reads results alongside your symptoms, history and daily patterns before deciding what deserves attention.
Consultations happen by video, so they are available wherever you are in India.
At-home sample collection is available in supported PIN codes. We will confirm coverage for your address before arranging anything.
No. Opwel is not an emergency, critical, inpatient or trauma service, and WhatsApp is not an emergency channel.
If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
A physician is responsible for the medical judgement in your plan. Technology helps organise information and keep things joined up; it does not make clinical decisions and it does not replace your clinician.
Your coach helps you act on the plan and keep going with it in real life, with regular contact between consultations.
Coaches do not diagnose and do not prescribe. Anything clinical goes back to your doctor.
Appointments can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and the first two rebookings are free.
If you need to stop entirely, the unused portion may be refundable after costs already delivered or committed. The detail, including humane exceptions, is set out in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
No. Start with a concern, a report, or symptoms you want looked at. We will tell you whether Opwel is a good place to begin.
The first chat is with our team about your needs, whether we are a fit, your options and the cost. Your clinical assessment happens in the doctor consultation.
Yes. The one-time health assessment covers baseline blood work, a full doctor consultation and a written plan. Weekly support and follow-up testing are part of the separate 90-day programme.

Yes. Our lead physicians are fully licensed to prescribe when it is clinically right, alongside nutrition and lifestyle changes.
A trained phlebotomist visits your home to take the sample. Our lab partners analyse it securely and send the results straight to your lead doctor.
