Understand, plan, act and reassess with ongoing physician-led care.
- Everything in the health assessment, with a Day-90 reassessment on the same panel.
- Two planned physician consultations and weekly care-team support.
- Care-team review on WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, within four working hours.
